Joined iZooto in 2014 as employee #7: no blog, no brand, no category name. Named the Owned Audience Marketing category, built the narrative around it, and repositioned iZooto as the #1 owned audience marketing platform for publishers. Then did it again at YieldMonk: took an established ad tech category and carved out the position within it. Across nine years: ecommerce MarTech, publisher MarTech, ad tech, and B2B SaaS.
Content, SEO, events, product launches, SDR playbooks, competitive intelligence, brand positioning: I ran all of it alone. When I lead six people today, I know what each does because I've done every one of those jobs myself. I write the brief, build the page, run the event, send the sequence. Same person, start to finish.
